FAQ – Urban Cartel
1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after your order has been processed. Processing takes 1–3 business days before shipping.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.
3. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes. You may return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
4. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are possible if stock is available. Simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll assist you.
5. What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
