Refund & Returns Policy – Urban Cartel

At Urban Cartel, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

• If you would like a different size or color, you can request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks, underwear, or final-sale/clearance products cannot be returned.
